As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Client Services Intern to join our team.
The Role
As a Client Services Intern, you will help coordinate our international client portfolio and work closely with our accounting, tax, corporate and legal teams.
Your role will focus on client communication, coordination and follow-up, ensuring that client requests, documentation, deadlines and ongoing matters are handled efficiently.
You will gain broad exposure to how international companies establish and operate their businesses in the Netherlands while developing practical experience in a professional, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day communication and coordination with clients.
- Coordinate new client onboarding and collect required information and documentation.
- Support company incorporation, KYC and corporate administration processes.
- Coordinate between clients, internal specialists and external parties such as notaries, banks and other service providers.
- Collect and follow up on information required for accounting, tax and recurring compliance matters.
- Monitor ongoing client matters, deadlines and outstanding actions.
- Keep clients informed of progress, next steps and required actions.
- Maintain accurate client files, records and internal trackers.
- Assist with client correspondence, engagement documentation and administrative matters.
- Support improvements to internal client-service processes and workflows.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, organised and comfortable working with international clients.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Law or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with deadlines.
- Interested in corporate services, accounting, tax, consulting or international business.
- Comfortable working in an international and professional environment.
- Eligible to undertake an internship in the Netherlands.
- Dutch language skills and previous professional experience are an advantage, but not required.
